uprator is a personal productivity tool: a calm map of your missions, habits, and the next right thing. This page explains, in plain language, what we store about you and why.

What we store

When you use uprator, we store:

• Your account: an email address or handle, used to sign you in.
• Your workspace: the missions, habits, notes, and connections you create inside your own galaxy.
• Basic usage records needed to run the product, like when you last signed in.

Everything lives in Convex, our database provider, inside a workspace that belongs to your account alone. other accounts never see your data, and you never see theirs.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with third parties for advertising. We don't read the contents of your workspace unless you ask us for help with something in it.

Email

If you sign in with email, we use your address only to send you a one-time sign-in code and essential account notices, through Resend. We don't send marketing email unless you separately opt in somewhere else.

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage to keep a session token, so you stay signed in between visits. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Optional connections

If you choose to connect a third-party account (for example, Google, for email or calendar features), we store only what's needed to make that feature work, and only for as long as the connection stays active. You can disconnect it at any time.

Retention and deletion

Your data stays in your workspace for as long as your account exists. You can ask us to delete your account and everything in it at any time by emailing us; we will remove it within a reasonable time.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Access to the underlying database is limited to the people who operate the product.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
